All of our products are strictly handmade in our laboratory in Milan. Due to the nature of our designs, each product is unique in shape and colour. We feel this is part of what makes our products special and we hope you think so too. We ensure that the images shown online are as close as possible to the items supplied however it is inevitable that there will be slight variations in colour and size to those displayed online. To prevent any disappointment we encourage you to contact us at welcome@paolamirai.it prior to placing your order if you are concerned about colour or size.

When purchasing from Paola Mirai you can be sure we consider the security of your financial details to be of paramount importance. For this reason we use PayPal as our merchant gateway. Its industry leading fraud prevention keeps you safe and secure. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Placing your order

In the online store, our product are shown in galleries, by clicking on a particular product you will be able to view it in more detail. All of our products one-off artworks, and so if someone buys the item you are looking at, it will be sold out.
To add a product to your shopping basket click ADD TO CART. Once you are ready to checkout select PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, then you will see a form where provide data about the shipping. Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Euro (EUR) and DO NOT include taxes. When you are going to PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, BEFORE YOU PLACE THE ORDER, you will be able to view the final price according to the regulations of your country.

Paola Mirai is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletter and to personalize your shopping experience with us; that's all. Our clients may receive additional announcements from us about products, services or special deals. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications and you may request at any time to stop receiving our communications by sending us an email.


Dispatch

Domestic and International orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 5 days of order placement. We really pay attention to find the cheapest shipping solution that assure you also high level of security and efficiency. For this reason ALL SHIPPING PRICES INCLUDE ASSURANCE.


Customs

If you are placing an international order you may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies and import duties vary from country to country so we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.


Export Restrictions

None of the Paola Mirai's products are currently subject to any export restrictions.


Delays/Lost Deliveries

We aim for customers to receive their orders as quickly as possible, however we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays once your order has left our laboratory. To provide you the best possible service, all postal services we use are trackable.

Online Returns Policy

We want you to enjoy your online shopping experience and be excited by your purchase when it arrives. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly organise an exchange with any other products available on the online store, or provide you with a gift voucher should you wish to visit one of our retail stores in Milan.

If you wish to make an exchange please email welcome@paolamirai.it so that we may provide you with authorisation to be returned with the product within 7 days of receivership. In the event that your product is lost in transit, we will not be held liable and therefore recommend that you send all returns by and insured and traked shipping. Postage costs incurred is the responsibility of the customer. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within seven days. We will exchange or substitute it. To arrange a return, if the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email us to welcome@paolamirai.it quoting your name and address, details of the product (title, type etc), the reason for return. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. We will not refund goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. Goods that are returned to us without their original packaging will be refunded less a deduction of 10%.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the Italian territory.

Privacy Policy of Paola Mirai AR Jewels

Personal information

Paola Mirai AR Jewels app (hence called “this Application” or “the Application”) does not access, collect, use, store or transfer personally identifiable information. This application may request permission to use the camera of the User’s mobile device for the sole purpose of the proper functioning of the Application. The camera output is not recorded or stored anywhere by this Application.

Device permissions for Personal Data access

Depending on the User's specific device, this Application may request certain permissions that allow it to access the User's device Data as described below.

By default, these permissions must be granted by the User before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by the User at any time. For custom orders

There won't be any refund if you measure incorrectly. (Click here for size guide) If the item that you incorrectly measured for ended up being a pretty normal size, I will offer you an exchange because I can sell the item to someone else. Postage costs incurred is the responsibility of the customer. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the item I will definitely refund your money.
Custom items (that is, something with specifically what you want, not a "copy" of an existing item in the catalog) will not be eligible for exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your custom item, anyway, please let me know and we will work something out.
